The Excellent Service Provided (ESP) program was implemented in the Spring of 2004 to make tremendous strides regarding patient and staff satisfaction, thus improving quality of care and patient safety. Since its inception, AMMC employees have shown great determination in making certain all people entering the medical center are treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. Employees continue to benefit from regular ESP updates through AMMC special events and annual mandatory in-service while at the same time, our patient complaints spiral downward. AMMC is part of the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Monitoring System which allows for improved measurement of patient satisfaction. AMMC believes, what gets measured, gets treasured!
