| Title: | MRI Technologist, PRN |
| Description: | The MRI Technologist must be clinically competent; performs MRI procedures of various portions of the body to assist medical officers in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries. They must have a good working knowledge of cross sectional anatomy. They must exhibit the ability to distinguish between normal and abnormal anatomy during a MRI exam. They are responsible for care and safety of patients undergoing treatment, and use of equipment to minimize hazards of electric shock, burn, and extraneous radiation to patients and personnel. Must be able to perform each task listed on the attached Competencies/Key Responsibilities Checklist. |
| Requirements: | Current registry with the American College of Radiology, license with the Arkansas Department of Health. CPR certified. |
