| Description: | responsible for oversight and supervision of nursing personnel. Also serving as a liaison for Administration and nursing staff. The Supervisor shall be accountable for and contribute to problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. The Administrative Supervisor is authorized to act in the absence of the CNO. Routinely assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment. | Requirements: | Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas. BSN degree in nursing preferred At least 2 years of progressive responsibility experience in nursing/healthcare management. ACLS and PALS required. CPR certified. |
